Quality Control & Testing for Inflatable Pools
Each project starts with an agreed inspection plan. This page describes the QC framework we apply to drop-stitch pool production; test methods, hold times, acceptance criteria and compliance documentation are confirmed for each product and market in the approved specification.
Six QC Checkpoints
Quality control is planned as a sequence of checks across production, ending with finished-product verification. The applicable checkpoints are confirmed in the approved inspection plan.
Pressure & Leak Test
Pressure and leak testing is performed to the method, hold time and acceptance criteria agreed in the approved production specification.
Valve & Seal Verification
Filter-pump ports, shut-off valves, drain valves and over-inflation safety valves are checked for air and water tightness to the agreed inspection plan after heat-sealing.
Seam & Rail Inspection
Welded seams, reinforced rail bands and corners are inspected as part of the agreed inspection plan for continuity, flatness and specification adherence.
Dimensional Control
Finished height, diameter and squareness are checked against the approved engineering drawings or specification.
Material Compliance
Material options, including UV-resistant double-layer drop-stitch PVC, are reviewed against the target-market requirements. Compliance documentation is confirmed per project.
Packing & Loading Check
Inclusions (pump, repair kit and covers where applicable) are verified against the approved packing list before carton sealing and container loading.
Pressure Test Standards
Pressure targets are confirmed per model in the approved specification. The values below describe the standard platform and do not replace the project specification.
Performance Claims & Evidence
The table shows how standard platform claims are verified and where their limits are. Model-specific values and documentation are confirmed in the approved specification.
